salam,
after months of leaving my blog empty without any entry etc, I decided to put something up. many people asked me whether I'm already stop blogging as many people do, since blogging for some of them is like hobby. once you get bored with it, you find something else to, playing games, watch televisions etc. while others take it seriously, is an opportunity to make more money vie advertising etc. and for me, the main purpose of this blog is to share with my family members and close friends my situation in Leeds. How was my study, what I'd been doing etc. Having said that, I'd been using Facebook for that reason, which explained the lacks of update on this blog. Yes, I do have a Facebook account with 50 friends. Quite an achievements! at least for me.
Besides, I'm really occupied with many stuffs since the last entry. the final year of this semester really take most of my time. everyweek about 1500 words law essay to be done, plus the dissertation on the Islamic Banking in the UK, which I'll put the extract here later this month, and exams which just ended last week.

A lot of things had happened for last five months, briefly, I quit my internship early for family reasons. hate to do that but my principle stand for family first than others. better struggling hard for your family rather than for others, at least, to ease their burden a little bit. most importantly, a good friends of mine and others, who after few years fighting cancer, Mas Afzal, passed away last year. I'm still writing an entry from the moment I heard this guy from Kyuem, met him in Ajak's wedding, visit him in Sheffield with special sate I taught him, the brilliant exchanges ideas we had regarding jamaah or usrah in UK, the delicious kek lapis he gave me, and the last opportunity I met him in Pejai wedding. I'm glad I'm able to show him to my mom, since his personality, charisma, kind-humble attitude are something I'll tell people, students in order to inspire them. Al-fatihah to him. May Allah bless you with the best rewards for all the good deeds you'd done Mas.

Afzal is laid to rest at the foot of his grandma's grave in Sungai Marong, Bentong. Pahang. please click here
even during his last few years fighting cancer, he never neglect his responsibilities, in fact his consistently writing on his blog about his thoughts, giving advices and keep asking people to look his situation from bigger perspectives. everyone has different challenges on their life, the most important thing is to remember Allah knows everything, and whatever he decides is best for any of us. I really asked anyone here to follow his blog here. http://masafzal.blogspot.com/. even today, I'm still remember a brief moment I met him, his advices, the great smiles which never fade from my mind. =(
apart from that, my audit group manage to win some presentation. nothing much. we beat over 20 other groups on the topic of Madoff scam, briefly a investment fund scam worth billions dollar.

currently, I'm just start my 2nd semester for final year. got no classes on Friday but will be pretty busy on Tuesday, and some business module workshop. and the dissertation draft which need to be submitted a month from now.

my 2nd attempt to cook nasi tomato. well executed. now I know how easy it is to do it. making sate is still the hardest thing I would say.

with my best buddy from Notts, cha visited me for weird reasons. can't remember but I made sate n sushi for them. and because of Alisya's birthday.
and I made a video with regards to Alisya's besday.
and, finally, the 160cms snowman which we made last winter. nearly 3 hours to do it. glad to see how awesome it is!anyway, thanks for those new followers. can't believe it's growing from 4,5 people to 40 now. I'll try to find time to keep writing stuff here. thanks.
regards.
