I helped my friend to remove system tool virus. the virus wont let you to run applications without popping their window saying they are many malware/virus in your pc and you must buy their software, which is a scam. after googling for hours, this is the best way to delete the file. the idea is you must go to the safe mode ( press f8 while restarting your pc) then, follow this simple instruction. credit to this guy below which I found his comment on youtube:
Hi, this is actually VERY easy to remove, please follow these steps:
1. Boot your system into Safe Mode (Press F8 after the computer first turns on)
2. When in Windows, press the Windows button + R to open a Run window, type in: regedit
3. Browse to KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MicrosoftWindows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
You should see something like: C:\ProgramData\IDFH324980G\IDH3498.exe - make a note of this path and then physically delete the folder, THEN delete the registry key.
4. Finished!

the file may be different but the location will be exactly the same. C - program data (usually its hidden) - delete the file that under run once!. simple as that.
